Built for FINRA arbitration

Every deadline in the scheduling order, on your calendar.

Forward the order by email. Docket reads every date, shows you the paragraph it came from, and adds it to Outlook once you confirm it. Then it reminds your team before each one comes due.

14 days free. No card required.

How it works

From order to calendar in a few minutes

The slow part of docketing is reading the order carefully and typing dates in without mistakes. Docket does both — and leaves the final call with you.

  1. Step 1

    Forward the order

Every firm gets its own intake address. Forward the DR Portal email or upload the PDF — no mailbox access, no plug-ins.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm each date

Docket lists every deadline with the paragraph and page it came from. Anyone at your firm checks it against the order and confirms.

  3. Step 3

    It's on the calendar

Confirmed dates download as a calendar file for Outlook, and each case keeps a live timeline of what's done and what's next.

  4. Step 4

    Reminders before they're due

A weekday morning email tells your team what's coming up and flags anything that has passed without being marked done.

Built for a missed deadline being unacceptable

Software that knows it isn't the lawyer

Nothing reaches a calendar unconfirmed

A date Docket read from an order stays marked for review until a person at your firm confirms it. Unconfirmed dates never go into Outlook or a reminder.

Every date shows its source

Each deadline cites the paragraph and page of the order, so checking it takes seconds, not a second full read.

We never touch your inbox

You forward orders to us. Docket never holds standing access to your firm's email or anyone's privileged correspondence.

Your firm's data stays your firm's

Each firm's cases are walled off from every other firm's. Export everything or delete your account at any time.

What it costs you now

Manual docketing is quiet overhead

Reading an order line by line, computing the dates, typing them into Outlook and double-checking them takes real time — every time a new order or amended order comes in.

Questions

Common questions

Is Docket giving legal advice?

No. Docket is software. It reads the dates out of an order and keeps track of them, but a person at your firm confirms every date, and you remain responsible for your deadlines. It supplements your own calendaring rather than replacing it.

What happens when an amended order comes in?

Forward it the same way. Docket files it against the existing case and holds its dates for review, so you confirm them before anything changes on your calendar.

Does it work with Outlook?

Yes. Each case has a calendar file of its confirmed dates that imports straight into Outlook — or Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.

Who at my firm can use it?

Everyone you invite, up to your plan's user limit. Attorneys, paralegals and assistants can all review and confirm dates.

Is it only for FINRA arbitration?

It's built around FINRA scheduling orders today — the IPHC order format, DR Portal notices, and the way FINRA states its deadlines.
